Overview
Omega Bio-tek’s E-Z 96® PX Blood RNA Kit is designed for high-throughput isolation of total RNA from blood samples stabilized in PAXgene tubes or in other special preservation reagents. The procedure eliminates contaminants and enzyme inhibitors making RNA isolation fast, convenient, and reliable. RNA purified is of high quality and suitable for a variety of downstream applications including real-time PCR, reverse transcription PCR etc.
